Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in New Jersey. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time caseloads as demand expands, with complimentary RBT training and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related settings is preferred.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and adapt approaches as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
