PBS Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in New Jersey. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with a focus on training to become an RBT and potential pathways to BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
