Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Texas. Part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The company offers training to become an RBT, plus comprehensive benefits and a clear development path.

Role involves working with children with autism using ABA under supervision, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's in Psychology or Education or related field is a plus.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
