Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants (BA) and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in California. All roles start part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers mentorship, training to become an RBT, and a supportive work environment. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours per week,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
