Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in California.

Part-time positions available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with pathway to RBT certification through our complimentary training. As a BA or RBT, you will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, collect data, support families, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA/childcare/education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.

Education

High school diploma (related degrees a plus)

Bachelor's in Psychology or Education (a plus)

Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs
