Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for 1:1 sessions with children on the autism spectrum. The role offers part-time hours with growth potential as caseloads expand, and a pathway to RBT certification through complimentary training.

All roles comply with local licensure and credentialing requirements. Eligible candidates will participate in a supportive, growth-oriented program with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, psychology/education bachelor’s a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to travel locally and comply with licensure/certification rules.
• Openness to ABA therapy settings and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress using PBS tracking tools.
