Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in New Jersey. Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA and have access to complimentary RBT training. Roles offer flexible scheduling, local travel, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and benefits after 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
