Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) in New Jersey seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for flexible, part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, and you can train to become an RBT through our complimentary program.

Full job duties include implementing treatment plans, collecting progress data, communicating with families, and participating in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or related field is desirable.
• Ability to engage children with autism during sessions.
• Commitment to ongoing training and supervision, and traveling locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
