Job summary

PBS is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT-track roles in New Jersey. These part‑time positions offer growth into full‑time work as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA, under BCBA supervision, and participate in ongoing training for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
