Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Indiana. Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with training to become an RBT and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism or related needs.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions using ABA strategies.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and trainings.
