Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Illinois is seeking motivated individuals for entry‑level Behavior Assistant roles and experienced RBT positions. Part‑time roles with opportunities to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand.

Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision; complimentary training to become an RBT is provided and a clear career growth pathway is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a related degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
