Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Indiana, with part-time schedules and growth opportunities into full-time as caseloads expand.

Training to become an RBT is offered, along with supportive supervision and a clear pathway from BA to RBT. Applicants provide a high school diploma, commit to ABA-based work with children with autism, and are willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with children with autism using ABA.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or education is a plus.
• Strong communication with families and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
