Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in New Jersey.

Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with a supportive, growth-focused environment and access to complimentary RBT training. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implement plans, collect data, and communicate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education or related field a plus
• Active engagement with clients; ability to sit, stand and assist as needed

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
