Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs to support children with autism through ABA methods.

Work is 1:1 with BCBA supervision, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow from part-time to full-time as caseloads expand. PBS offers complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel/mileage reimbursement where needed, and a pathway to RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
