Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in California is seeking motivated individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; complimentary training to become an RBT is offered; PBS provides a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused environment for its team.

Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, and a clear pathway to RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
