Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Jesup, GA. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand, with a focus on training and advancement toward BCBA goals.

Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism, data collection, and coordination with families and clinical teams. Eligible candidates may access complimentary 40-hour RBT training and benefit from growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field is a plus.
• High school diploma required; further education is advantageous.
• Role may require local travel and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings and ongoing training.
