Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Alaska is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. Roles are part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and you will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or related fields a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
