Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA support to children with autism. Roles offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Positions include a complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel mileage reimbursement where applicable, and a clear pathway from BA to RBT with mentorship and advancement opportunities across PBS. Local licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
