Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision. The role offers a pathway to RBT certification, with complimentary 40-hour training and supportive supervision.

Responsibilities include 1:1 client work, data collection, family communication, and participation in ongoing trainings. A flexible schedule, travel if needed, and health benefits for eligible hours are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a related degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
