Job summary

PBS is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Washington teams. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA's supervision, with opportunities to enroll in free RBT training and pursue BCBA goals within PBS.

We offer flexible scheduling, competition pay, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with company match. Start part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology, education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
