Job summary

PBS is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Roles are part-time with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Training to become an RBT is offered, along with opportunities for career advancement within the PBS team. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BCBA-related tracks a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and handle physical tasks (lift 50 lbs).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
