Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions in Southgate, Michigan. This role offers the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in relevant field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Ability to engage clients

Education
