Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Lakeview, Michigan. These part-time roles offer flexible scheduling and the chance to transition into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and engaging with families. Applicants should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and preferably some experience in ABA therapy or childcare.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
