Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Lapeer, Michigan. These part-time roles offer the opportunity to transition into full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
