Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Mohnton, PA is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.

Roles offer complimentary training to become an RBT, flexible scheduling, travel locally if required, and a clear career growth pathway from BA to RBT with comprehensive benefits for 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma mandatory; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and transition from sitting to standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
