Job summary

PBS seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Role offers part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Training toward RBT certification is provided along with a clear advancement path.

Positions emphasize flexible scheduling and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in ABA therapy within homes, schools and community settings. Local travel may be required depending on caseload.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
