Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism. Roles are part-time with potential for full-time as caseloads grow, offering training to become an RBT and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
