Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Strongsville, OH is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand. Work one-on-one with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA, applying ABA strategies.

We offer training to become an RBT, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, holiday pay, retirement options, and a clear growth path from BA to RBT with paid 40-hour RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BS in Psychology/Education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
