Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Ohio seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You'll implement treatment plans and help families achieve progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
