Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles.

Part-time positions are available with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus access to training to pursue RBT certification and a clear career path. We offer flexible scheduling, relocation or travel support where needed, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid training, holiday pay, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA or related field is a plus.
• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
