Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. invites applicants for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles.

Part-time positions with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand, plus paid RBT training and travel reimbursements. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
