Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with opportunities to enroll in complimentary RBT training and career advancement paths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients, assist with seating, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Roles may require licensure, credentialing and certification per local rules.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
