Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join a supportive team dedicated to helping children with autism thrive at home, school, and in the community.

Roles offer flexible scheduling, potential growth into full-time, and a path from BA to RBT, with complimentary 40-hour RBT training and travel reimbursement where applicable. All positions require local licensure considerations where applicable, with supervision by BCBA and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
