Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Massachusetts is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our team. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision and implement individualized plans designed by a BCBA.

We provide flexible scheduling, annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for part-time coverage, free 40‑hour RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and medical/dental/vision insurance for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist physically as needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
