Job summary

The Center for Teacher Effectiveness seeks experienced education professionals to deliver behavior and classroom management training to schools nationwide. This is an independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and the option to maintain your current school-based position.

Your earnings are commission-based with a firm floor: a training day pays $1,000 at minimum, and total income depends on training volume you accept.

Qualifications

• K-12 teaching or related experience in behavior support, counseling, administration, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree at minimum in education or related area.
• Engaging presence and credibility with adult audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-service days, workshops and district trainings to schools.
• Present complete curricula and materials ready for delivery.
• Maintain flexible scheduling as an independent contractor and may continue in current school role.
