Our consultant ranks include teachers, principals, superintendents, counselors, social workers, behavior specialists, professors, staff development coordinators, and professional speakers, working in PK-12 schools and occasionally colleges.

The arrangement is independent contracting on commission. Hourly pay does not exist here; instead, a day of consulting or training carries a $1,000 minimum and frequently pays beyond it. Consultants who deliver more, earn more, and nobody is required to leave an existing position to participate.
