Job summary

Intermountain Centers is seeking a Behavior Analysis Trainee (BAT) to participate in our residency program and provide behavior analytic assessment and treatment services under BACB supervision.

The BAT will work with children, adults and families, conduct skill-based assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, collect data, and support caregivers in implementing interventions, while meeting BACB supervision requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled or have completed Master’s degree related to Applied Behavior Analysis.
• One year of full-time direct ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services and skills training to clients and families.
• Conducts assessments and develops ABA treatment plans.
• Completes supervision tasks to meet BACB requirements.
• Maintains client files and EHR documentation within required timelines.
• Attends supervision sessions and team meetings.
