The role includes supervising staff, utilizing evidence-based practices, and collaborating with treatment teams. Candidates should have a Master’s degree and experience with behavioral disorders. Formación

• Experience working with children/adolescents with psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavioral services and support to clients and their caregivers.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide clinical supervision.
• Coordinate care across settings and collaborate with treatment team members.

Educación

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
