Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy in Powell, Ohio seeks a talented Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design intervention plans, perform ABA assessments, and develop individualized treatment programs for children with autism. You will train families, manage data, and supervise RBTs in a center-based setting with a blend of on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Willingness to obtain Ohio COBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills.
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide parent training and family support.
• Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments based on data.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Advanced Behavioral Therapy, a team of dedicated professionals, is seeking a talented and experienced Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Powell, Ohio location. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting comprehensive ABA assessments, and developing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients. As a Certified Behavior Analyst at Advanced Behavioral Therapy, you will:

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support
• Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity
• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director
