Action Behavior Centers in Dallas, TX is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our Behavior Analysis Practicum program. This role offers hands-on early intervention therapy in a center-based setting and an opportunity to accrue supervised fieldwork hours.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited master’s program related to ABA
• Must accrue supervision hours for BT/RBT track
• Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based early intervention therapy
• Collect and analyze data to inform individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members
• Allocate time weekly for BDS modules and exam preparation
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
