Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our Rising Stars program. You will supervise junior staff, collect data, and contribute to early intervention therapy for children 18 months to 8 years in a center-based setting.

This paid role offers $24-30/hour, no-cost supervision hours, a clear path to becoming a BCBA, and bonuses up to $1,500 annually. Generous time off, health benefits, and 401K are provided.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
• Currently pursuing masters in ABA or related field
• Strong data collection and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and team to support ABC’s core values
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.

Education

Currently enrolled in an accredited Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis
