Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training in Austin, TX to provide center-based early intervention therapy for children with autism. The role offers guaranteed hours, supervision hours without deductions, and a clear path toward BCBA certification with a competitive salary as you progress.

Qualifications

• Currently a BT or RBT accruing supervision hours.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to uphold ABC’s core values.
