Action Behavior Centers in Dallas, TX is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training as part of our Rising Stars program. If you are a BT or RBT accruing supervision hours, you will join a team that guides you toward BCBA certification, with a clear path and bonuses.

This role offers hourly pay between $24 and $30, no-cost supervision, 32-40 guaranteed hours weekly, and additional benefits including tuition discounts, health benefits, and an annual team event.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited master’s program for behavior analysis.
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Supervisee has accrued fieldwork hours and is working toward BCBA.
• Willingness to complete BACB exam within 6 months of joining.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based early intervention therapy as part of the team.
• Supervise and log fieldwork hours towards BCBA requirements.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBA colleagues and team members to uphold ABC values.
