Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Analysis Practicum candidate (Master's level) to join our center-based team in Minneapolis. The role supports supervision hours for BT/RBT, provides early intervention therapy, and advances toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited master's program in ABA or related field.
• Experience or exposure to early intervention therapy is beneficial.
• Commitment to completing supervision hours and BACB requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All restricted hours completed.
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collecting data and implementing individual treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborating with BCBA(s) and team to uphold core values.
