Qualifications

RBT certification with 1000+ supervised practicum hours toward BCBA
Passion for helping children with autism
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Master’s degree or near completion within 6 months

Responsibilities

Engage in applied practice across assessments, parent training, supervision and feedback to prepare for BCBA role
Attend group supervision and study groups to support BCBA exam prep
Implement ABA interventions and BIPs for children with autism
Collect data and analyze progress to optimize treatment plans
Collaborate with families and Mosaic team for consistent implementation
