Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in training new employees and supervise learners.
• Oversee case management for 2–4 clients under supervision.
• Analyze client behavior using ABA principles and document observations.
• Create Learning Trees and update behavior intervention plans as needed.
• Conduct parent and caregiver trainings and contribute to team audits.
