Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA or eligible to sit for the certification exam and acquire it within three months of hire.
• Must be licensed as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland.
• Master's degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, education, or related discipline.
• Minimum two years of experience in a multi-disciplinary setting with children; research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, clinical supervision, and case management of inpatients.
• Provide supportive clinical services to families of inpatients.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
• Participate in research projects involving the assessment and treatment of behavior disorders.
• Participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating inpatient therapy staff.
• Participate in administrative and clinical meetings as necessary.
