Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee data-driven ABA therapy across home, community, and clinic settings. The role emphasizes high-quality service, caregiver training, and active family engagement in diverse environments.

The BCBA will supervise treatment plans, maintain clear documentation, and collaborate with a small caseload of 6–11 clients. Virginia licensure or eligibility and a master's degree are required, with 1 year of driving
