10 Nationwide Children's Hospital is looking for a Behavior Analyst responsible for designing and overseeing ABA services for patients with autism spectrum disorder. The role includes supervising staff, providing training, and conducting consultations with parents and schools.
Candidates should have a Master's Degree in a related field, two years of relevant experience, and certifications as a BCBA within 30 days of hire. A valid Ohio driver's license and auto insurance are also required.

Designs and oversees the applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for patients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Provides supervision and training for the treatment team, caregivers, and providers on strategies to assist clients in gaining skills and independence. Conducts parent training services, provides behavioral consultation and school consultation services, and coordinates care.
Master’s Degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, speech, or a related field.

Occasionally: Bend/twist, blood and/or bodily fluids, climb stairs/ladder, driving motor vehicles (work required) – additional testing may be required, flexing/extending of neck, squat/kneel, standing, walking, working outdoors.
Frequently: Computer skills; hand use: grasping, gripping, turning; lifting/carrying: 0‑10lbs, 11‑20lbs, 21‑40lbs; pushing/pulling: 0‑25lbs, 26‑40lbs, 41‑60lbs.
Continuously: Audible speech, decision making, depth perception, hearing acuity, interpreting data, peripheral vision, problem solving, repetitive hand/arm use, seeing – far/near, sitting.
