Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• 3–5 years' experience in the field of intellectual disabilities or related disabilities.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review services in applied behavior analysis and function analyses.
• Conduct prior authorization reviews for Medicaid and out-of-state requests.
• Prepare determination letters and document rationales.
• Enter data into the Prior Authorization system and coordinate with peers.
• Assist with provider training materials and education as required.
• Collaborate with ABA SME across multiple contracts.
• Coordinate and track out-of-state treatment requests and discharges.
